Excellent Boutique Stay
varied choices vietnamese touches complimentary bicycles
The breakfast buffet offered varied choices. I found the hotel decorations nicely styled with Vietnamese touches. The hotel provided complimentary use of bicycles, a real plus for exploring the area.
The English language skills of some staff members presented occasional communication challenges.

The front desk staff were attentive to guest needs. Cherry and Rose were particularly helpful in providing tailored assistance. Housekeeping responded quickly when requested I appreciated their proactive support.

Absolutely Fantastic Experience!
central location great help happy service quick workout
The location was super central! It was very close to all the restaurants and entertainment areas. The staff offered great help. I was always happy with their service.
The gym was rather small though it sufficed for a quick workout.

The room included complimentary water bottles! It also featured a television with international channels and provided a good selection of movies and shows for relaxation after a day of exploration.

wide range of choice breakfast poor english staff
the breakfast was pretty good it offered a wide range of choices each morning.
the staff's english WAS quite poor this made communication difficult at times i found it pretty frustrating when trying to arrange tours.
